I suffer from similar problems. Medical cannabis may be able to help you! I too hated the medications I was on, and how they made me feel, but now I use cannabis and I feel a lot more relief, without all the side effects. You should read around the forums and do some searches if looking for specific strains or others who have similar issues. Have you smoked before? If not I suggest you start small, 1 hit and wait 15 minutes, repeat if desired. Indica or sativa? Indica strains are known for their couchlock effect while sativas are known for their cerbal uplifting effect, and there are a lot of hybrids inbetween, infact it may be difficult to find a 100% pure indica or sativa. Now from the little info you have now which seems like it would help more? I prefer indicas because they help me relax, reduce muscle tension, and put me in a generally positive mood. Sativas can sometimes exaccerbate my anxiety, but normally only if I smoke too much. I do like sativas in the daytime though, because they provide mood enhancement, more focused thought patterns, and a little bit of an energizing kick.
