    How They LoOkin

    Hey guys,

Pretty new to this site and ive found it very helpful in the past few days. I just started 12/12 tonight (did 15/9 yesterday), kinda early for their age though. There just over 3 weeks now and doing great in my opinion. Im feeding 4ml/2L of Pure Blend Pure Gro 3/1.5/4 and watering every other day with manual "flooding" system. There are 2 different types, im just not sure what they are and probably will never know.
When i turned the lights on this morning i was AMAZED at how much they grew last night. The 2 large ones shot up about an inch and the under growth!!!!!!OMFG tons!!

The last 2 pics are from 4 days ago and ive cut the garden down to 6

    Closet is 3.5'x1.5'x6'
Lined with foil (keeping an eye that its not causing a ''lazer'' effect)
250 watt MH and 400watt HPS
2 fans (one inside and one out-blowing in)
    Temp 77
Humidity-try my best for about 80 drops to about 50 before i water
    what do you guys think?
    Too early to force flowering?
Also one plant has parallel redish stems?? (could be incorrect PH but i dont have a tester yet)

That is a little bit early to start flowering but they look pretty good to me. The only thing is that the soil level is slightly low and that can cause air flow problems, especially if you have no actual extraction system. Cannabis loves its air. If you don't plan on potting up I would at least tip them out of those pots when it is next time for a watering (best when dry so that they come out easier and the weight of the soil doesn't break roots) and add a bit more soil to the bottom. That will give the roots more room too.

I am not familiar with your nutes but be sure you only water when they need it. Put your finger in the soil an inch or two and if it feels moist in there but dry on top then it's time to water. Or when they are smaller like that you can get a feel for the weight of the pot. Pick it up, when it feels light, probably time. Cannabis likes a bit of a wet/dry cycle so a day of being a bit on the dry side is typically OK.

Some white plastic sheeting might be nicer than the foil and less chance of spot cooking them.

They do take right off when put on 12/12. The growth for those first few weeks is amazing. Do you know what strain are you growing?

    Good luck.

I would try not to induce flowering until it pre-flowers and the age is visible. I was wondering when you planning on transplanting to a bigger pot, because the stress from that might be better before flowing.

thanks for the advice on going to bigger pots. There in 8x8 pots right now (tapers down to 6'' on the bottom) and i even asked, showed pics to a VERY reputable store and they said they would be ok. Last night i did downsize my crop from 7 good plants and 4 small plants to just 6 good plants. I thought since i was just going to toss the plants id take a good look @ the roots when emptying the soil. I did get kinda concerned for my plants which i am going keep because there was already a lot of root growth on the large plant i tossed (lots of the very thin roots and only a few thick roots). So it looks like i get to move them into new homes this weekend!!

No, Im not sure of what kinds they are. Def 2 different typed and i didnnt even see the buds they came from. (2 different friends randomly gave me seeds within 3 days of eachother).

Also it seems like i have to water my plants every other day. I wouldnt say the the soil goes 'dry' but right around the 1.5 day mark it seems almost dry....(no dirt will be stuck to my finger when i poke it in {deep} and then take it out). Seems like i must water quite often. keep in mind i have a 400 hps and 250 mh in a small area.

    thanks again
