    Cannabis and depression.

Anyone else find it sort of helps?

This isn't about "escaping reality". At least no more than prescribed antidepressants would be.

    Cannabis and depression.

being depressed takes work. People have gotten good at replaying memories that make them feel bad, and they do it without realizing it. I learned what depressed me by asking myself, "how do I know I'm depressed?"
If you are depressed, look into NLP and learn some cognitive thinking skills. Worked for me.
When I think about smoking I get excited all over. What makes you excited? I wonder if you know how many ways and things would make you feel good, think of those things.
For me, I stopped arguing with people in my head while driving in morning traffic. That helped.
I love modern psychology, not the crap you learn in school, but the new technology of thinking skills being discovered lately.
Pot is good. Depression is bad. :hippy:

Many people with depression find relief with cannabis- my hubby among them. The scientists are finally getting the idea that cannabis is a SAFE antidepressant (unlike many of the chemical wonder drugs!).
