Laws on in IN marijuana

Was wondering if anyone knew where i could get the laws for Indiana (fort wayne) regarding marijuana and cultivation. Not the one in normL I need a big list and what not. I know somone who is cultivating marijuana and their kids are living with them and they have a 1 year old son. Now the Grandpa of the 1 year old is the owner and is growing but his son does not know about the plants in the house. Was wondering if the grandfather got busted could his son and grandson get into trouble? Wanting to inform them before anything bad happens to the family.

As long as it is personal and first time, diversion is the answer. After the first one though, make it through probation or it will become a felony. Kids can be worse than ex's with revenge in mind.

yea i'm over in Hamilton County, and i cop found about .3, and i got probation for a year, and their trying to make me do iop rehab, i actually got laughed at when i went and said why i was in there for marijuana, but thats IN for you.

Avoid both Hamilton and Porter counties in Indiana.
