Rocks don't lighten the soil. Use perlite.
It is too late to transplant. You can put the WHOLE MESS into a larger tub with lots of drain holes and fresh, light soil with perlite added, but trying to break apart those plants will probably kill them.
You need one pot per plant next time.

I just moved my 14" lemon skunk plants from the veggie stage to the flowering stage. they were put on 12/12 about 4/5 days ago, I have yet to figure if they or male or female, but thats not the problem. All the plants have been extremely healthy looking until i started the flowering.
