I believe this problem because of the way your brain is programmed to handle situations. lucinda bassett is pretty good with this. NLP was how I learned to reprogram myself. Cognitive thinking skills is better than ANY drug. Nutrition is important too. A good hypnotherapist can help too.
I believe most psychologist can make this problem worse.
