In my area I had a 20% rate hike in my electric bill due to rising costs of oil on october 31st. They readjusted for the first of the year come january and will lower the costs by 6%. So I am still paying 16% more even though the price of fuel has come down way lower then last year.
So, if I want to take off the meter clip and pull out my meter for a few weeks so be it. They are, without a doubt, ripping us off.

Misty, and Red Eyed Bride and my freebie Mazars came in today....WOOOOT! They will be getting wet this sun, and construction beginning on Mon...cant wait!!! Few changes though:

-no longer 15x15, now the 15x15 is flowering only!!!!
-wattage is now around 15k as opposed to 9k
-getting 2 12k BTU ACs
