Automate Curing? or Delay Curing?
My planned harvest has been pushed back a few weeks to the point where a trip for the holidays is going to interfere with curing.
Anyone have a reasonably cheap way to automate curing or to delay curing for ~6 days.
I was thinking in tupperwear containers in the refridgerator, but sitting on raised wire so if any moisture condenses it would fall below.

It doesn't work like that. Moisture condenses on whatever cool surface is nearest- including the plant.
Get a good dry, like slightly drier than you even think is appropriate, and then worry about it when you get home.

just hang those suckers upside down in a place with low humidity and air circulation
when you come back it's ready to be put in masonry jars
