marijuanaisgr8 Reviewed by marijuanaisgr8 on . so what charge would u get? in FL, 25 plants and over is a minimum of 15 years 24 and under is a maximum of 5 five years so this obviously means that, based on intensity from 1-24 plants, they will determine how to punish u people say that u can get ur house taken for just 1 plant, is that true? with a lawyer and all, what would some get for say just 1 or 2 plants? couldnt they just give like a posession charge or sumnthing?
