Stem Stressed
I get a clone from my dad and was LSTing it and SNAP.
The wound seems to be healing and plant isn't suffering.
Is there anything I need to do to the wound?MissDaMeaner Reviewed by MissDaMeaner on . Stem Stressed I get a clone from my dad and was LSTing it and SNAP. The wound seems to be healing and plant isn't suffering. Is there anything I need to do to the wound? Rating: 5

Stem Stressed
Nahh... As long as the broken branch (or stem) is supporting itself, you dont need to do anything. If it looks weak, you can wrap it with some masking tape, or stake it up somehow.
It's gonna be fine. It'll grow scar tissue around the boo-boo & will be far stronger in that location later on!

Stem Stressed
just make sure to check anything you wrap around the stem.....as your plant grows it WILL start choking off the stem if you don't keep checking and loosening the support as needed.
