Lightheaded while smoking

Is this just caused by simply lack of oxygen or what other factors could play into this? I've seen people hit the ground after taking a hit before and was wondering what causes this. :stoned:

ye, prolly blood presure or lack of oxygen...try sitting down to smoke if you're not already

I fell over once. It was late, I hadn't eaten since breakfast, I took a massive bong hit and held it in perhaps a little too long. I landed with a SPLAT and massive cloud of smoke. I was completely embarrassed but a bunch of chaps thought it was hilarious and couldn't wait to help up the tiny arse planted bird. Sometimes you just have to laugh.

ive got light headed a few times, mainly while smoking joints.

i once passed out for about a minute. me and some friends were having a huge session from a zong and i was trying to keep the pace with everyone else. i wasnt much of a smoker then so i was out of my league a bit (plus we had some really solid bud) and after the 3rd or 4th bowl i just felt really light headed and passed out.
next thing i know im on the bathroom floor with a cup of water asking what just happened..

i ended up feeling completely fine 10 minutes later and went out and got drunk.
