What to come? Court next Wed.

I have court next wednesday and im terrified think about a probationary sentence that seems probably from what ive seen.

Before you go and tell me there is no misdemeanor fleeing w/ a motor vehicle read this. At my first appearance the judge dropped this charge from a felony to misdemeanor. So all the charges i have on the sheet are...

Felony Possesion With Intent to Sell/Distribute of 5 grams:wtf:
Misdemeanor Fleeing arrest with motor vehicle
Driving with an expired liscence
And two speeding tickets

So, from your experience and past experiences what do you think will happen. This is even if they have this on the docket, as they have already delayed it once.

Probably the dumbest, most drastic thing ive done. I was extremely baked and bent and thats all that can account for this, besides my immaturity and teenage complexities at the time.

Just have your attorney stall the trial and eventually plea bargain everything down to a misdemeanor. You'll be lucky to do a day in jail but will probably end up with some hefty fines. Beats the hell out of a felony. 5 grams is nothing, certainly not sales level and your attorney should understandd that.

It will be chill, I've been in a similar situation with some buddies except we had 2 ounces and a few scales and were all way more messed up than baked... You should be chill, like killerweed420 said you may do a day or two in jail and get some fines. It could be a lot worse bro, live and learn. Good luck to you.

how the fuck did they come up with intent on 5 fucking grams?? Did you have it packaged gram by gram or something??? If you did it's your own fault, otherwise I'd have a chat with my attorney...

No, they could have only seen bags in the car, but my attorney and I arent even sure if they recovered one because they dont have to share evidence if they dont prosecute it as a felony and if they do we only find out the day before.
