Check around for insects just to be sure, keep the place clean.
At this age is quite sure that they are new leafs and not pre-flower, the plant still young. Here a link for more information.

Medium is canna coco with the canno nutrient regimen (A/B, rhizotonic, cannazym so far). On the oldest two sets of leaves some small holes with yellow around them (from the top). I know the PH for my last two mixtures were high, but could it be anything else. Suggestions on quickest way to fix it aside from getting the right ph next time?
