As I mentioned in your other thread, the employer may not call you at all, but simply move on to the next candidate for hire. This would also apply if the employer did make an attempt to call you, only to recieve an answering machine.

I asked about Target's policiy specifically in a previous post but I thought I would ask in general what the practice is in relation to: Say the test comes back positive. The drug testers or the company that hired me (contingent on the drug test) contacts me. If I ignore the call, will they leave a message simply stating that I failed and that my offer was rescinded.
