Clone a hermaphrodite? Can't find an answer...

Not too sure I agree wholeheartedly with this. Just because a lady was stressed into hermaphrodism, it doesn't necessarily mean that the genetics are bad.
For what it's worth, this is something I do a couple of times a year. with no ill effects: (but then I do have seperate veg/flower rooms)
I stress a stable lady with aspirin to induce nanners. After harvesting the pollen, I chop her back, downsize the pot, and re-veg. Her remaining nanners dry-up, and no further sign of hermaphrodism from that point forward, and she becomes a clone mother for at least one crop. Clones are normal and stable from these, and the re-vegged lady continues merrily on her way to being healthy, happy and bulky.
The point is...re-vegging resets the growth to it's original stability. Works better for this using the bonsai re-veg technique in my signature...but it works.

However, if the genes are mutated to begin with, there is no real hope of 'resetting' their genetic code, but you wouldn't want to clone these anyway.

WRONG. It's a useful technique I use on virtually every crop.

Check the re-veg links in my signature. Good luck, it's an awesome technique.

Avoid re-vegging by cloning for sex and always keeping backup clones of your plants when you put the mother in flower. Yields can suffer and it may take a long time before you can get healthy clones off a re-vegged plant. Some people can get fine results but many more can't. I've suffered a couple tragic genetics losses myself when re-veg failed. I do not recommend depending on the ability to re-veg your plant to keep a genetic line going. Save time and headache and keep a constant supply of clones alive.

True. But when all else fails...

Practice makes perfect. It's a worthwhile technique all gardeners can benefit from.

i was always told by the man who taught me how to grow that a hermaphidite plant will produce feminized seeds , and i never beleived him until we got one a couple yrs ago and he just left it and let it do its coarse, it got to be about 2.5 feet tall and was seed from top to bottom and we used those seeds the next yr with 95% of the seeds being female with the occasional male witch is pretty darn good, the strain was white Rhino and all ill say is we got a nice crop off that yr all thanks to a Hermie plant that we all thought was junk!
