Its own preference or space available

U can put them right into 12 on 12 off but u will be dissapointed later on with the yield.

Good chance they will double in height when u switch to0 12 on 12 off.

If u got the room, grow them big.

Are they rooted clones?
Most will wait 2-3 weeks in veg before going bloom after they are rooted nice....

And like Stoned said... the sooner you bloom, the less yield you will have...
