today is the day. I just finished 32 oz of cranberry juice followed by 64 oz water.

I will be taking the herbal clean qcarbo in about 10minutes and then I will continue to dilute but I will be usinv yellow vitamin water for the remainder probably around another 32-64 oz between now and 8 when i test.
