I think you are doing the best you can with what time you have. I would suggest to STOP exercising 2 days before the rest test and eat fatty foods. You woudn't want to continue burning body fat that would have THC metabolites near the surface. Add an additional hour to the part of the dilution where it talks about drinking 8oz of fluids, but made sure you continue taking tums and salty water for SG. I hope you are doing the loading up phase with creatine by now...it's one of the factors that labs look for to determine intentional "water loading". Other then that I would LOVE to hear how you did practice runs as well as the results of each. I will check back for updates on all your test.
