4 weeks 24/7, these things need help...

    Oke Hi guys and gals!

With this forums help I've been able to have to plants to depend on me for 3 weeks and 3 days.

But even though they have been growing faster then I ever thought plants could grow, they haven't been 100% healthy.

Here's the conditions these plants are living in: About 1 1/2inch below a 95W 1ft CFL which is on almost 24 hours a day(inconsistently), fan is blowing from the top of the closet. I water them with no nutrients or fertilizer every couple of days, checking moisture levels with a finger. They live in the corner of my closet with 4 makeshift walls on all sides. They get sunlight whenever I can give it to them but other then that it's the one cfl.

Some of the problems I'm guessing are the fact that i was using a flood light for the first two weeks of growth, one of the containers is clear, and I wasn't covering the whole surface of the soil with water (only the part around the stem).

So can anyone else take some shots at what I need to do to stop the burning and wilting?

    whats the temp. usually?

u should soon start fertilizing as well. strenghten them up. U also may wanna do some sort of training. U could top them.

I would suggest u get a light timer and give the plants some order in their day. 18/6 or 20/4. just don't do light all the time. Plants are part of nature and nature rarely exists with 24 hours of light a day. Ur job is to creat an environment that a plant would normally grow in.

when you water the plants make sure no water lands on the leafs cuz the water can magnify and burn the leafs. and it seems like you also need better fertilizer..

24/7 light is fine, it's the only way I veg my plants, and they are just fine, I think that some ferts are your best bet. Get some fish emulsion, it will do wonders for your babies.

Oh shit guys, these are the babes two days later. I'm pretty positive that I over watered them, they are not looking healthy.

Is there anything I can do to help them besides waiting it out?

Jibo, snip the yellowed leaves off and start your 12/12. Ur white pot might be what ur roots are seeing and thats bad for ur roots when ur lighting makes a glow through to them maybe.Wrap ur pot with a dark material and go 12/12 now without water for a couple days and then fill ur pot to 2'' under the lip with ur soil. Then pour in about 1/4 liter water every 2 days until its bigger thirst for more.

Well I've got them back on track, but to everyone who said don't grow in ur parents house unless they agree, because they will inevitabley find out. YOU WERE RIGHT. Now I have to transfer these guys off the premises every night until I can find a good home for them. FUCK!

Hey Your babies do look a little sick, I have to say though! no fert, no light, your plants are like mushrooms kept in the dark and fed on shite! lol no seriously I respect your perserverence but perhaps you should wait a little until you are able to dedicate a bit more time to your growing, until then, get as much light on them as you can, dont put any light as close as 1-1 1/2 inches above it, as it will burn your babies tips, you need to get some fert into them asap, at the moment anything with Nitrogen in it would be a good start!! keep the soil slightly damp not wet not dry, but just damp! you should see an improvement in a week. good luck, and keep us informed.
