Hi, AF's like long light cycles they usually recomend either 20/4 or 24/7. You've already changed the soil. You may want to get a thermometer I have a small grow in a tiny greenhouse on my deck with CFL's and heat has been a problem for me even with a fan something I would have never expected you don't want them to get above 80F.
