Why Marijuana is the best medicine for me :)

Now i know this should go in the medical thread but I feel that everyone should hear this!

Now I have recently taken up a case of bad strep. I went on antibiotics for 10 days and I was healed. Then 3 weeks later I get strep again, except it came back even worse. This time it was more painful and dreadful. MY doctor prescribed a very powerful antibiotic that would heal me but there were some side effects like upset stomach, diarrhea, abnormal heart beat, and cold sweats. I am supposed to take them with a HUGE meal so i don't get those side effects. They just make me feel like crap! (ironically its supposed to help me)

but anyway I was sick of this bullshit making me feel better cuz the potency of them made me feel worse while it killed off the bad bacteria. So the believer in nature side of me said to turn to marijuana.

after i took that hit from the bong... the pain in my throat was ceased. It made me hungry to eat a Huge meal. I didn't feel bad after taking the antibiotic either... so the meal helped! It put me in an overall happy and positive state of mind i will get over this sickness quicker!


HAHA im still pretty stoned from smoking earlier this when this happened but i have discovered pot to be my choice of medication and medication along side another one. It is like the 3 pillars of a good healthy soul.

Hungry - food is our ways of being healthy. If we eat foods that are healthy we will eat a larger quantity.

Happy - in order to have a healthy soul you must be happy and content. Our days are so stressed out we need some happyness in our lives to make us feel better

sleepy - in order to have a good recovery, you need sleep. pot makes you sleep and sleep very well


please disregard if this sounds stupid im just stoned... anyone else agree with me or am i crazy?

I agree completly! In fact, most of our health comes from our mind, instead from our body.
If our mind feels happy and healthy, our body will follow it and also get happy and healthy. And if it were sick, it will recover faster.
Yet if our mind feels unhappy or sick, our body also will follow it and get unhappy and sick, even if there is no physical reason for illness.
So, anything that makes your mind feels better will also help your body (since, of course, it dont cause physical harms).
And weed itself is a very good medicine by its own. Since i started to smoke i felt a great relief on my rhinitis and allergies, didnt got a flu since then (more than 4 years) and felt WAY happier than before. :stoned:
