Sorry i cant be much help, But even if its not you can have your tank re-filled :P just get a regulator on a timer, also I have my paintball tanks what I do is I have a cap that I put on the top of the tank that you turn the dial to release air (Used to be for an old remote air line) And I just blow air on my plants a bit every couple of days, works great.

Please not in human living area's such as closets in houses. There are some good threads here if you search. You need very good air exchange system.
Co2 is heavier than air and can displace all oxy and suffucate you.
It will give very good result if used right.

Well first is should be around 1500 ppm ,to help the plants grow, and the temp should be about 5 d.f. higher to help with the up take of co2.
NOW IF you go in the room /space/hole/etc. co2 displaces O2 , thats what kills people.
Wonder why people spend money on metering out co2 , it works. Now if it goes over 3000 ppm it will help kill the plants . If you starting out use lots of fresh air. ITS free and earth has lots of it at about 300 ppm.
SAFETY IF NUMBER ONE. If a tank has a small leak in a small room it can easly fill up the room. Always check all fittings with a solution of soap, and look for any bubbles.

That's ( Parts Per Million ) PPM. Yes it is also used for nutrients. With water you have to count ( TDS ) Total Disovled Solids. PPM's or EC are what you know your adding. Total is what ever else is in there like chlorine in tap water or iron in well water.
C02, parts per million air particles.
