Well it all depends on the size of the room... You have to know that Co2 is a greenhouse gas and it's quite possible that the temps rise in the room, it should not be a problem, but if it ever do you'll need to exhaust the air (with the Co2) to get some fresh air from outside, then you can start back to inject Co2. You don't need to inject Co2 in the dark periods, just when the lights are on.
