Crazy Experience!

Hey All!

I have been coming here for months reading up on all the great info. I wanted to share my crazy drug screening experience with you because you talk about keeping ones sanity! I will try and make this as short as possible. Read and learn what crazy stuff can happen.

I am a heavy smoker. Great job offer comes my way so I decide to sub with clean urine. Test day comes, I sub without a hitch, the nurse puts into a 5 panel cup (Lab Corp) and we stand there and wait ... and wait ... hrmm, looks like the cup malfunctioned. Okay, nurse puts into another cup and we wait ... and wait ... well, it looks like this cup (#2) has also malfunctioned. Nurse says to me "I think you are going to have to go out in the waiting room and drink water in order to give me another sample. I calmly say "I am sorry, I have another appointment. Can I return tomorrow, after all this is not my fault." About this time another nurse comes through and they talk and nurse #2 says just to send it off for the screen. I am thinking ... hell yes, send it off!

Sample gets sent off ... 2 days later I get the news ... "SAMPLE LEAKED DURING TRANSPORT TO LAB"! VOID. Must go back to office and retake.
Go back for the retake ... sub without a hitch ... nurse pours into test cup and a few minutes later I am walking outta that place a member of the sub club x2 for 1 pre-employment screen.
Lesson learned here? Never underestamate the power of LUCK!

Someone please pass me the biggest one you got cause I am patting myself one the back for this one!
