plants not looking too hot
HiYa m8.
Its hard to tell from your piccies, but to me it looks like they may have been slower rooting than the others, and you may have fried the fuck out of em, if they didn't have enough roots out to cope with the transpiration demands, then they're gonna shrivell up.
Or your soil may be a little to hot, and feeding won't have helped this. if the others are a bit farther allong this could be why theyr'e still OK.
BUT don't quote me. :-)
BTW, Try to get the camera focusing on the plant, check out your camera and find the macro button/facility, that will allow it to focus closer up to an object.
If it doesn't have one, (and this can also work with the macro facility too), try pressing the button in slightly, the camera should then try to focus without taking the picture, if it won't focus on what you want, try moving back slightly, and if it then focuses on something slightly farther away, (say the soil surface, or pot edge) keeping the button still slightly pressed in, so that it maintains the same focus, move the camera back that same distance, the plant/leaf should now be in focus, and until you depress the button fully the camera will maintain focus and not take the picture, or untill released, in wich case it will go back to its normal veiwing mode. then try preesing it in slightly again, and it will try again.
Another tip is, take loads and chose the best pic.
AND, try to take the picture from a standard sort of angle and position, so that if you take another picture of the same thing, you can compare the pictures side by side acurately. this is even more usefull, if you end up taking a series of pictures, one can see the colours changing, and things growing, or not as the case may be.
