    ok, am i supposed to submerge them in the soil, because i have the top of the sprout semi out..is that ok? thanks.

    Howdy pusher,

    If you mean,that you have germed some seeds and they have a litle tap-root emerging,then yes-you do need to plant them,about 1/4 inch deep-with the root pointing down. Then keep the soil moist and warm,when the actual plant emerges..then put them under lights and a gentle breeze,from a oscillating fan.
