Somehow this time I managed to get the sample too hot, despite the fact that I had two bottles, one 98 and the other 94 degrees. I believe that the way I had them concealed insulated it too much and the heat pack raised it to 100F. Anyway, I hand the lady my sample (looking back, why I didn't wait in the bathroom a little bit to let the bottle cool off is beyond me) and she Rating: 5
