t8 fluors?

heyy guys
i recently was able to get my hands of a pair of 4ft t8 fluorescent fixtures,,,
and i have some doubts
-will they grow a sustain a healthy plant during veg. (aprox. 3000lumensx3lamps=9000lumens for 4sq feet)
-are they alright to use for flowering in this configuration
aprox. 3500lumens/sq foot (see picture for details)
-and will the yield be good with dense buds or some dirt weed?
