My first indoor grow need help please

Ok so ive got my seeds

ive got white widow
and northen lights

i do not know how to germanize or anything
i need soil tips/light tips light periods and mix tables

if you could help please help as i got the area almost set up its hydroponics setup self watering etc. made with foutain pumps on a time and tubaware 5 gallon jugs with water but i need to know the mixtures to do it with.

please help me out as i just now got my first place =)

ive been stretching throughout the forums but idk just really looking for soil mixtures and tips on how to go about it to make a BUDDie plant

I'd suggest experimenting with some bagseed in your setup or proposed setup until you've got it dialed in... Then enjoy watching those good genetics grow properly... IMO

I have had my issues with my first grow and found (through way too much reading) that we tend to make it out to be way too complicated. Marijuana is just a plant and all plants want to grow and live. If you keep it simple, they will.

What I found is this works great:

5 sockets with y adapters. 10 total 26W daylight 6700k bulbs. (260 W total)

a fan to circulate air.

another fan to pull heat out.

50% perlite and 50 percent miracle grow moisture control soil.

Germinate seeds in paper towels.

set timer for 22 hours on 2 off

Water once well with superthrive to boost root growth and leave alone for 3 days.

Make sure the heat doesnt rise above 85 degrees.

Don't add nutrients because the soil already has them.
water as little as possible to keep soil moist about 1 inch under the soil.

DO NOT OVER WATER.

Once plants are about 1 month old water with 1/2 strength Shultz african violet fert.

Dont over fertilize.

LST the plant to keep it low for the cfls.

If this is your first grow use the cfls throughout switching to 2700k bulbs for budding. (you will get good buds) you first car wasnt a ferrari so start easy.
once you harvest smoke some and think of new techniques for your second grow.

Most importantly, dont over think it. The plants will grow. Not much at first but by week 3 the start to grow very fast.

This is suitable for up to 5 plants for me.
