QuickFix 4.2 versus real urine

I'm going to be honest - the thought of dumping QuickFix into the cup and letting that decide my fate terrifies me.

I just have a few questions:
1) What color is the stuff?
2) WHY does it work? Why can Quest labs not see that this is not consistent with real urine? Or is it just real urine?

And also,
how does getting a friend to pee for you on the day of the test and just keeping that at a reasonable temperature with a heating pad using similar methods compare?

I have to admit I'm seriously scared to use QuickFix too, but I have it in my cabinet right now and I'm planning to use it for my test with my PO on the 13th.

To answer your questions
1) It is yellow not really dark yellow like a morning pee, and it doesn't smell like urine at all. If you look on Amazon it is the exact same color as the pic and looks like real urine.
2) I have not successfully subbed yet, and this is not real urine at all. From what I have read, the testing to see if it has been adulterated will always show Quick Fix contains all the ingredients normally found in urine and is balanced for pH, specific gravity, creatine. Also, the test to check if it is from a human is illegal in the states and very costly.

I can't answer the last question with accuracy so I'll let somebody else take that one. However, everything I have read so far says that a friends clean urine is good for up to 8hours. Using a friends clean would be a better method as long as you know it is clean and you get it to the temp. right. I'm pretty sure KnotMe can answer this one better though.

Its identical to human urine. Thats why the piss cops can't tell the difference. You'll find dozens of people here, including myself that have successfully used it. Just practice getting the temp right.

what is the best temp. to have the qf4.2 at when you submit it? I can get it to 96 degrees by just putting it on the old coin purse. Do I really need to put the hand warmer on it? Is 96 good or do I need to make it 98?

I had a heavy smoking friend of mine take it, and as expected, he failed.

When I took it though, there was an incredibly faint second pink line. The instructions say that this indicates a pass! So do you think that in about a week, I should be able to pass for sure?

96 is plenty good. 98 is perfect. If you keep it in your crotch it'll stay good for a couple hours. Just use the heat pad for emergencies.
If when you do the UA and pour it into the cup and its a little low. Rub your thumb for a few seconds against your pants and then hold it against the temp strip. When the temp is 98 walk out of the room

A faint line is a pass. Did you test the first pee of the day?

The time I first talked about, no, it was a pee during the course of the day. I didn't take any special steps towards dilution or anything though, just drank a couple of cups of water throughout.

I tested my pee first thing this morning. And what do you know! The faintest of all faint lines appeared. It was still discernible though, and it gives me hope. Assuming I can put the test off for another 8 days, should I be alright if I'm passing just barely in the morning and with authority later in the day?

Yep it sounds like you should be good. The morning of the test drink about 16 to 20 ounces of gatorade,pee 3 or 4 times and use your midstream piss and you should be good.
