Listen - this recipe is so renowned, I can't believe no one's mentioned it. It's my usual method of ingestion (as a medical user who can't smoke), easy to make, and easy to figure out your ideal dose.

I'm not going to post it here, but I believe it's on the WAMM site...or you can do a Google search for it. Other people I've told have easily found it.

Anyway, it basically consists of equal parts of whole milk and purified (bottled water), cooked for a few hours in a Crockpot (great pun). I find I only need to use 1 tablespoon of finely ground (use a coffee grinder) bud, although the recipe calls for 2 tblsp. When you're through slow-cooking it, you just filter it through cheesecloth, let it cool, then pour it into an ice cube tray. Voila! Freeze it overnight, and you have little green ice cubes. Take one out at a time to put in your coffee, chai tea, hot or cold chocolate drink, whatever you like. The tray will last about a month in the freezer (covered in tin foil), but you'll go through it way before then, won't you? lol Anyway, this method is great, because you can transport your beverage around in a thermos, without anyone being the wiser. No smell, no smoke - just havin' a cup of coffee.... Really, friends - try it. It beats wasting the quarter & half ounce quantities people are talking about...
