I don't understand........ Whats in a word? Why not union? Why married?
A union with the same rights as a straight married couple would be just as good.
Married should not be held accountable to straigh couples.

Union: To bring into one.

Just watching MSNBC right now, that rachel maddow show (hate her, but it has decent content) and there was an entire little skit on the decriminalization bill that recently passed. In her (rough) words, "Seems like smoking weed is becoming more respected among citizens, while gays are becoming...less respected." I'm going to go watch the rest of it and see if it comes up again.
