I would try some of the things floating out there. If you combine alot of them you MIGHT get better results. (Niacin, Cranberry Pill, Exercise, Fiber, Low fat diet, lots of water, milkthistle, colon cleasner, ect.) I serioulsy doubt any of the above things will signifacatly help you, but if your desperate and have nothing else to lose, why not try?

I smoked on the morning of Nov 1st and didnt smoke until Tuesday the 4th only taking about 10 hits. Prior to Nov 1st I had been smoking no more than an 8th everyday for about 8 months.
