I have officially stopped smoking.. for now at least and I have a question.
I smoked on the morning of Nov 1st and didnt smoke until Tuesday the 4th only taking about 10 hits. Prior to Nov 1st I had been smoking no more than an 8th everyday for about 8 months. I've officially stopped smoking because of this program that I am in, in which I have to have clean urines for at least a month and a half. I dont want to have to wait 30 days for my urine to be clean on its own so I want to dilute. I'm 5'8 160lbs and I'm now playing basketball twice a week(dont know if it actually helps but I wanted to let it be known).
I just wanted to know when trying to come clean does it matter if you change eating habits, eat more fruits, excercise regularly and drink water regularly or does it only matter what you do right before the test.marijuanaisgr8 Reviewed by marijuanaisgr8 on . I dont know too much about diluting but i have recently subbed and it worked like a charm. I find most of the people on here believe in subbing much more than diluting so i recommend to buy some quick fix.

It depends on how far your test is. If you have say more than 4 days before the test eating healthy and exercising is the best way to speed up your metabalism to get the THC out of your system. But remeber 3 days before your test to stop working out, be lazy, and eat fatty foods.

First of all....do you know if the environment you need to test in would allow an opportunity to sub?? Secondly....with your smoking history (an 1/8oz a day) it will PROBABLY take some time before you can get your levels low enough to dilute. EXERCISE (nice sweaty cardio), eating HIGH fiber/LOW fat foods, taking metamucil 3 times a day and staying hydrated (NOT water loading) every day will be your bestest friend to cleaning out sooner. The more fruits and veggies you eat, the less fat you are taking in. In fact...AVOID all fattening foods....read the labels on the food you buy. You can learn a lot about what you are taking into your body. In the mean time order drug test strips off ebay (approx. $1.30 each). Give yourself about 10 days clean before practicing the dilution method. As long as you are sweating hard the THC metabolites will continuely flow to your urine, so stop exercising for a couple of days prior to diluting. It REALLY does work...and cheaper then "magic drinks" that get rich off your money.

I would try some of the things floating out there. If you combine alot of them you MIGHT get better results. (Niacin, Cranberry Pill, Exercise, Fiber, Low fat diet, lots of water, milkthistle, colon cleasner, ect.) I serioulsy doubt any of the above things will signifacatly help you, but if your desperate and have nothing else to lose, why not try?

THC metabolites are excreted mostly through the stools with the rest through the urine. HIGH fiber foods and/or metamucil help direct the metabolites towards the stools instead of the urine. Research the foods high in fiber and low fat. This is NOT saying it will eliminate all metabolites, but it may be that percentage that you would had needed to pass. Make sure you stay hydrated (not water loading till day of test)....That helps in MANY, MANY ways.
