Going to need more information, mate. Fill out the troubleshooting form. A photo of the whole plant would help too.

Just from the photo it could be nute/water splash. Those beads of water act like a magnifying glass under HIDs. It could be wind burn if the fan is too close. It could be a pH thing. It could be a nute thing. It could be a pest problem. (check under your leaves) That troublehsooting form will help people to help you. :thumbsup:

E-soil, soilless, coco, aero, or hydroponic - soil
E-specific medium - Organic Soil from walmart and miracle grow seed starting soil
CSL-Soil type/brand - above.
SCL-Anything you have added to the soil - Schultz plant food 10-15-10
SCLR-Soil or slab runoff pH - did a ph test, everything is perfect.
E-Water source - faucet, perfect ph. does leave a weird red residue in sink, no idea what that is.
E-Source water pH
HRT-Source water EC (if hydro)
E-Age of plant - 2 months, 3 days into flowering
E-Type of fertilizer - uh none? the organic stuff is on the bottem, has like turkey parts and poo... threw out the bag awhile ago so i don't have specific details
E-Rate of application (if hydro, this is your PPM number, preferably after each component is added)
E-Lighting source and distance from plant - CFL's probably about 2 feet.
E-Air temperature (both day and night if you are running a dark period) - room temp. 70's
E-Air % Relative humidity - no idea. isn't to humid in here.
E-Lighting schedule 12/12
E-Type of ventilation your room has - single pc fan for exhaust (rubbermaid box) large desk fan at intake blowing on Low on the plants.
TR-Did you pre-soak your media in pH corrected solution? no

I cant call it bro. you might want to let tap water sit out for 24 hrs before watering though. Could be overfertilization because that 10-15-10 is pretty strong.

i'm going back to regular water. Am i suppose to feed it during flowering or not?

yea feeding it is just as important during flowering as it is any other time.. it just needs more phosphorus and potassium and alot less nitrogen.

alright, googled what the red residue was in my sink. it's likely to be iron. i drink from my faucet with a filter and it does taste funny. So could iron being fucking up my plant? how do i combat it?

yea the iron would come from rusted pipes.. but I read that Iron toxicity is rare and Iron deficiency causes yellowing in the young leaves while over accumulation of Iron would cause bronzing or small brown spots on leave surface
