I'm on probation until January 2010. I haven't been tested yet, but I'm pretty sure she's going to test me (urine and hair).I haven't smoke in almost a month- but took a home drug test this morning and failed. Anyway, I have been drinking lots of water and cranberry juice,taking a fiber addative and vitamin b-12.

I suggest lots of exercise drinking lots of fluids and not hitting the pipe till your off probation. Otherwise you will just end up posting something like: Help I am getting popped soon what can I do post.
If you use while on probation then your asking for jail. piont blank.

Hey melltell, I have been on probation for almost a year now and I failed my first 2 tests because I smoked a lot. I'm not saying your PO is going to treat it the same, but mine knew why I failed and didn't try to violate me for the first 2 failed tests. If I had found this site earlier, I would have done what you are doing and probably passed both of them, but hindsight is always 20/20. I have never had a hair test, but as far as the urine test the dilution sticky will allow you to pass if you have abstained for a month.

MellTell....I just got my freedom papers yesterday and I know what you are going through. First of all....how do you know for sure a hair test is going to be required? I haven't had to be exposed to a hair test and thereforth I don't know anything about that, but info can be found around the foum that can help with that too. Also, what is your past 30 days smoking history, eating habits, activity levels and weight/height? All them things can help determine how long it will take to naturally clean up (especially if a hair test will be done). As far as a salavia test, I hear that is the easiest. Read the area of salvia testing too. If you take time to sit back and read this forum THROUGHLY you will find everything you need to know about passing a urine drug test. The MAIN thing I can suggest to you is to PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE. In the year I was on probation I practiced any and everything BEFORE I went playing with my freedom. If you want to play, you have to make an investment of supplies and time to gain confidence. Order drug test strips off ebay (about $1.30 each). It can be done if you want it done but NOT without knowing your body, staying fit and active and eating right. I can help teach you to fish so you can feed yourself (of information) for a lifetime rather then feed you for a day. It gets easier...the more you learn the better you will feel. I think you have a chance of being close to naturally clean with your urine. Get a home test and test with first urine of morning. If you pass the dirtiest, then you are good to go with urine test. Salvia test only go back 2-3 days, so you are golden with that. There are areas in this forum that can actually help you with hair testing. You didn't mention how you know you will be having a hair test for sure. Could you share that?

Drinking liquids in the days before the test will not help. B2 is used to color the urine, not B12.
