I think I over nuted my babies...

Well from the things I have read it looks like I overdid it a bit on the nutes. Just want to get the opinions of some vets. A little advice on correcting this problem would be greatly appreciated. It's only on the lowest set of leaves and is happening on all 4 of my plants. I'm assuming that is because I keep all 4 on about the same watering/feeding schedule. This pic best illustrates my problem. Please help :P

That looks like a Nitrogen deficiency or lockout?

Hi there.. Its tough to tell.. To me It looks like overwatering a bit.. Are you letting your plants dry out between waterings// What ferts are you using? Usually if your plants get too much nitrogen they will get very green and the tips of your leaves will burn... I dont think thats whats happening here. Did you check your PH? Do you have airmovement around these young ones... If anything those plants look like there not receiving enough nitrogen, and are somewhat stagnant..More pictures would help Good luck d:rastasmoke:

Could be alot of things. You'll have to fill out the troubleshooting form.

Nute burn would most likely be on upper leaves and the leaves would have burnt tips, they would almost crumble to the touch.

    How's your lighting?

    E-indoor or outdoor (Indoor)
E-soil, soilless, coco, aero, or hydroponic (Soil)
CSL-Soil type/brand (Premier Horticulture ProMix BX)
SCL-Anything you have added to the soil (Perlite in one plant)
SCLR-Soil or slab runoff pH (Unknown)
    E-Water source (Culligan)
    E-Source water pH (7.0)
    E-Age of plant (6-7 weeks)
E-Type of fertilizer (Use MG Bloom Booster once before finding out it is shit. Peter's Professional All Purpose Plant Food throughout veg.)
E-Rate of application (diluted 1/4 tbsp in half gallon water)
E-Lighting source and distance from plant (2 40w OTT Light tubes 2 40w Phillips Plant tubes, 1 400w MH setup. MH is about 8 inches from top of canopy)
    E-Air temperature (75-80f)

    E-Lighting schedule (12/12)
E-Type of ventilation your room has (small oscialting fan, large box fan on always)

They look wet because I just watered them an hour ago. I have never watered enough to get run off, for fear of over watering. I let the soil get very dry between watering. One plant has minute tip burn on a lower set of leaves, but all have yellowish bottom most leaves. Here are some more pics to help. Thanks

You may need to transplant them into larger pots. Could be rootbound. What size of pots are they in now?

Another thing coud be, and I'm not sure of this at all, the culligan water is probably filtered and may not contain some of the nutrients that the plant needs. I think I read this somewhere else.

Although, I'm sure someone else could be more helpful.

I use 2 different kinds of pots. I believe they are both 2 gallon pots, here are some pics to help judge the size.

I'm waiting for the lights to come on before I go in there and look at em. It's damn hard not to do something about this, but I really don't want to make them worse. I have read that 2 gallon pots might be kind of small. What is an ideal pot size for plants that will finish around 3 ft???

I started with tap water with a pH of 7.2ish. I then watered each of my plants until i had runoff. The run off tested 6.8ish 6.5ish 6.5ish and 6.2ish for my plants. There has been no improvement and I am now noticing other tips starting to burn. Hope this helps diagnose my issue. Thanks

8 inches is very close for an 400 watt MH.
