Ok so what are the laws on this? I know its for non profit, so does that mean your workers can not get paid? Or once the bills and everyone is paid rest can not be for profit?

Nonprofit is really a joke. Mostly all you have to do is eat up the profits by paying salaries and not having much left over. A pharmascist makes anywhere from $75,000 to $150,000 a year, so no reason you can't either.

non profit means you are operating not aiming to make a profit. if you do 'accidentally' its ok

"Accidentally?" - Then you might "accidentally" end up in jail.

Nope, that's for sure... you will end up in jail, remember we have to play by their rules.

It's all the people who "accidentally" or they think that they're "smarter" than the government and want to make more money than they should by running a non-profit, that get locked up and give the rest of us a bad name.

In my country, the best thing would be to keep this excess of money with you and give it to any cops that come to arrest you... Here, doing this never fails... real drug dealers does this and never get arrested.
