Hi magiccity

5 of my 6 clones officially have roots. I'm really happy as this is my first time cloning. But yeah, its definately still to early to claim success.

The cuttings i got were off some VERY healthy plants. I used clonex rooting gel and placed them in little punnets containing seed-raising mix. Then i put em in a $10 propagator with dome. I kept soil moist and sprayed the dome itself daily. Its coldish here atm so i used a heat-pad under propagator. 2 23w cfl's at 6500k on 24/7.

Im currently hardening them off for transplant. Fingers crossed all goes well. They look really good Unfortunately i don't have a camera but i'll post on the progress.

Thanks for the interest
thcforyouandme Reviewed by thcforyouandme on . Question regarding cloning during flowering Hi everyone! Ill get straight to the point. I recently got half a dozen cuttings taken from a mother that was 2-3 weeks into flower. Its been 10 days since cutting, they are in a propagator with dome getting daily mistings etc etc..........they are looking extremely healthy but have not yet rooted and don't show any sign of new growth. My question is how long does it take, on average, for clones taken from flowering mothers to root??? Also, is a heat-pad a necessity?? Thanks in Rating: 5
