11 weeks of flowering an no sign of change??

This is the last of 4 of my plants the other three were done 3 weeks ago an this one is still all white pistols, an also if you rub the stem it smells almost like lemon or lime?? The buds are not real firm but not loose eather solid but springy.
It's under a 1000w hps grown in a 5 gallon pail. Mericlegro mousture control, an Hyponix potting soil, feed every 2 week, soil ph 6.8. Humidity about 40% at a guess, temp 75 day 60 night.
Any guesses at a strain or any problems from the pic's?? All replys are welcome and thanks.

I would go 2 more weeks. COuld be very slow. Is there a light leak? You also could make it darker 1 hour earlier. 13 dark 11 light.
she will finish quicker but sacrifice a lil bud.
