Definitely go. It's one of those things that needs support from today's youth.

If you ever get the chance go see a field show/drum corp show/marching band competition. Dunno where you are at, but the carrier dome in syracuse NY has a few bad ass shows every year.

Keep an eye out for the Madison Scouts or the Top Secret drum corp coming near you. you will NOT be disappointed.

skeet.
hell yeah, madison scouts are off the chain. so are the blue devils and the cavie's, but i haven't really been keeping up with dci in the past year or two. I was a big fan of indoor drumline, i did that for four years.

But back to the question at hand, you should definitely go to the orchestra. Get really baked before and you'll enjoy it like 30x times more, too. You'll be able to feel the music and stuff, its crazy. Don't know too much about the trans siberian orchestra though. Never seen them.
