The light intensity will have an effect on them, especially that many plants. They may also get droopy with weak stems. Putting a fan on them, not too hard, will gently cause them to move around, strengthening the stem over time. Too much water will also do it for sure, the leaves will usually droop down at the ends also.

I currently have 12 plants started in my closet. They are roughly 2 weeks old and about 4-6 inches in height. Ive got them under 2 florescent tubes and they seem to be going ok. I am on an 18/6 light schedule and the plants are getting kinda tall. A couple of them are starting to flop over a little bit, what would you suggest?
