Most of the lights at e-conolight will require you to do some wiring...they'll' be industrial lights, and won't have plugs. It's not very difficult, but it's not much fun either.

I've seen people use old or leftover building lights (which is what that light is) and have them work pretty well. They're not optimal, though. The ballast isn't separate, so you get more heat. The reflectors aren't really designed for great dispersal. They aren't made to be hung over plants.

For $159, you can get a set up with a better reflector that's easier to hang, a separate ballast for lower heat, and a switchable ballast so you can use both MH and HPS throughout the grow.
