To me it looks damage done at that particular stage of growth. A spill or something. If it gets no worse it should be no problem.

One thing I might be doing wronge. Should the water be 6.8ph in soil or keep it at 6.0?

It is only on 1 plant and also just 2 leafs on the same leaf set. I snapped a few pictures for help. Let me know if you need more info. Rating: 5
