Well, they were white cops. One in a city of 20% Hispanics (Amsterdam, NY) and another in a city of 19% African-Americans (Virginia Beach, VA).

It's funny, because I was caught with it at college, in Plattsburgh, NY, (not even 3% African-American and Hispanic combined), and, released with a citation.

I am French-Canadian, Lithuanian (50%), German, and, Polish.
