I, myself would continue drinking fliuds longer then what it states in the dilution method before testing due to the history of heavy smoking. Once you get to the point in the method of drinking enough fluids to cover the amount of what you are voiding, continue doing that same thing over and over for an additional hour or so before doing your home test. If need be, set alarm early for earlier start on test date. You can make up sleep time later after test if needed. Again....good luck!!!
