It is very much up for debate as to whether any OTC QCarbo3 type drink/power will boost these levels enough not to get flagged. You are MUCH better off just buying creatine monohydrate powder, strong B vitamins for color, and drinking slightly salted Gatorade instead of pure water.

Trying to load up on creatine the day of the test will not get the levels up to where they need to be in order to pass using dilution. Follow the directions in the dilution post and 100% success is guaranteed (so long as stop smoking for at least a couple of days before the test).
First of all....Dilution is NOT guaranteed....only abstainance. As far as taking creatine monohydrate, start taking it immediately since it takes 24-48 hours to be processed by the body and out through urine. AND/OR...start eating LOTS and LOTS of red meat today and tomorrow. OR...Take the creatine monohydrate about 3 hours before your test with a VERY sweet (almost sugar water) liquid. Creatine has a hard time being processed by the body when taken with something super sweet, therefore going to the urine faster. You can find various fruit nectar (NOT pectin or certo) in your local grocery stores. It has about 37gms of sugar per serving. It is generally in a box near baking goods.

Since I am a curious person I would like to hear how things go with the test run as well as the real test. Will you use only the drink? Or drink and dilution? Would you enlighten me to his height, weight, daily activity level and eating habits for about the past month? I will be checking back to follow up.

P.S. As far as eating, try something light like veggie soup that has "mushy' veggies in it...something that won't absord all the liquid you are drinking. I would think that things like meat, bread, oatmeal, etc would take longer to dilute due to being harder to digested. Good luck!!!!!!
