Do I use this in the bloom stage?

Here is what I was planning on using:
Pure Blend Pro Grow - for veg
Pure Blend Pro Bloom OR Soil Form - for flowering
Sweet OR Purple Maxx - flowering

Bloom is for flower.
Use grow during veg and sweet during flower.
