germinating seeds question

ok ive grown my crop and is now harvested, separated the seeds and saved them for my next grow. question is how soon after picking them off the plants can you sow them?
many other plants require that you wait so many months before you can sow seedlings but im not sure about sensimelia seeds? these are the first offspring seeds i have gotten from my clone mother which was grown from seeds i bought from a hydroponics shop so i guess they are first generation seeds?

If the seeds are dark & have a hard shiny outer shell then they are ready to grow, most people wait at least a few days before germination but I have heard of people using them right off the plants if they are fully mature before harvest..you should see about 75% germ rate on BRAND NEW seeds...this can increase to 90%-95%+ in a few weeks as the slightly immature seeds continue to fully develop internally after being removed from the plant. Good luck!

So, the answer is NO you do not have to wait a long time...and properly stored seeds that are kept in a dark cool place..(NOT FROZEN) can last over 10 years and still retain a decent germination rate. :hippy:

ah thanks for the tip. ive got about 400 seeds in total in a small seal top bag with a small sachet of silica gelso i'll start a couple off now and store the rest. thanks again

first of all ,let's be clear on one point.There is no such thing as seeds from a sensimelia plant.sensi has no seeds.
