questions about my case....

hey, this is my first post, and I have a question about my case, if anyone has heard of any penalties or anything close to my situation, let me know.

At the end of August, I was stopped at a traffic stop in my hometown of York Maine. The officer smelt beer on my breath etc, I failed the field sobriety test, hands down, I was so nervouse, damn near shit myself.

I took the breath test, blew a .02, in maine the law is anything over a .08. But they suspected I was fucked up, which I wasnt, jsut nervous, so they gave me a drug test. I tested positive for weed.

anyone have any ideas of what Im looking at for punishment, if anything. I mean, in maine, you only get a fine if you have less than a 1/8th on you. I dont think I should lose my licence or anything, they might make me try to pass another test tho. any thoughts?

Don't know how Maine is but in Washington if you get drugged test for driving a motor vehicle and come up postive its the same thing as dui. Huge fines,possible jail and loss of license for a year. You're definitely going to need an attorney.
One of the best arguements for a weed positive is what level of thc are you under the influence. There are no guidelines like there is for alcohol.
